When We Train
Mornings three days a week, evenings five. All classes one hour long.
| Tue – Thu | 7:00 AM | Adult No-Gi |

| Mon – Fri | 6:00 PM | Adult No-Gi |
One class, all levels
All classes are open to all levels. You work on the same thing everybody else is working on that night, next to people who have been doing this for years and will happily slow it down for you.
All adult sessions are no-gi and include wrestling — starting from the feet, takedowns and hand fighting are part of the same hour as everything else.
Do I need to book?
No. Walk in, sign up for the free week, do the waiver, train. That is the whole process and it takes about five minutes.
Questions about times
- What time are jiu-jitsu classes?
- Mornings are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7:00 AM. Evenings are Monday to Friday at 6:00 PM. Eight sessions a week.
- How long is a class?
- One hour, start to finish.
- How many times a week can I come?
- That depends which membership you are on. Twice a week, or unlimited — those are the two. Unlimited is every class on the schedule, eight a week.
- Is there a weekend class?
- Not on the schedule yet. People stay after class and keep rolling, and open mats get called on occasion.
- What if I can only make mornings?
- Three mornings a week is plenty to get good at this. The 7:00 AM is also the easier drive if you are coming from the east — you are going against the traffic headed into Tampa.
